Keep yourself at the same height as you breath out. Continue this breathing process that will strengthen your abdominal muscles and help ease back stiffness.

2. The pelvic tilt: Here you need to lie straight on your back with knees bent. Tighten your stomach muscles and flatten your back on the floor. Hold this pose for five seconds and repeat another two to three times.

3. The alternative knee press: This exercise works on your lower back muscles easing stiffness. You need to lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
